Booking A Removal Or Estimate
The first option available is to book your removal over the phone, don’t worry if you don’t know how many hours you need, our helpful sales team will guide you and provide you with the best option available there are half (up to 4hrs) or full day (Up to 8hrs) rates, Alternatively an estimator can attend you home to provide you with an accurate detailed quotation taking into account such things as parking, building access, lift availability, Goods quantity, Packing requirements, Packing material requirements e.t.c., this service is free of charge and without obligation.
The Packing Process
Our team will attend your home usually the day before the removal, bringing with them all the required packing materials, and depending on the service you have booked pack the contents of your home, all glassware is wrapped in either bubble wrap or packing paper and labelled fragile, all other items are carefully packed into cardboard boxes and labelled with brief content description and room location. All pictures and mirrors are wrapped in bubble wrap. Any soft furnishing i.e. mattress’s curtains e.t.c. being wrapped in a plastic cover or plastic wrap, the packing is only complete when everything is ready for the removal the following day.
No Pack -We provide the materials and you carry out a self pack.
Part Pack-We pack all kitchen items and pictures and mirrors.
Full Pack-We pack the full contents of your home.
The Removal Process
Once you have confirmed your booking, our team will arrive punctually at the pre-arranged time and where applicable install padded furniture protectors and plastic floor covers then dismantle any items required, then proceed to remove your items, once your items are fully loaded on the vehicle our driver will confirm the delivery address and contact telephone number and continue onto the delivery destination. Once at your new home our team will park our vehicle as close to your home as possible for both an easy unload and for the safety of both your goods and our vehicle. Our team will deliver your goods into the correct room and on the correct floor as per your instruction. |
Removals into storage are our speciality, when you store your belongings some items may need to be wrapped slightly differently to a standard removal to another address, as things will be stored on top of one another for long periods of time.
You may need access to certain items so we will ensure that they are delivered into the storage unit last so that you have easy access to them without having to unpack the whole storage unit to find a single box. |
